OFFICE
HOURS: Weekdays 8.30 am - 12.30 Weekends & School Holidays
8.30am - 5.00pm
SHORT TERM: Your site rental is defined by Council as
a "short term site" and therefore cannot be occupied more
than 150 days in one year.
ARRIVAL/SIGN IN: We are required by law to keep a record
of your stay. Please sign this register on arrival or as soon as possible
during office hours. Messages will not be delivered if you are not registered
VISITORS: Extra persons staying in your van must be registered
as above and it is the owner’s responsibility to inform their
guests of park rules and fees payable. If your visitor/s
avoid paying for their stay, a charge $20.00 per person
per night will be debited
to your account. We must be notified prior to release
of your keys any guests.
ELECTRICITY: Tokens are purchased at the office which
gives you a 4kwh credit for each token, so you pay as
you use. Meters should be turned off when you depart. No responsibility
will be accepted for spoiled foor or damage to any equipment
due to electricity outage.
BOAT STORAGE – Boats/Trailers left in the boat storage area will
be charged at $1.00 per day.
YOUR SITE: You are responsible for the mowing of your
site while visiting. Mowers are provided for your use
during office hours. A max. Of 2 cars per site allowed
providing there is room. Boats
are only to be left on your site if there is room between
vans, not in front. Visitor cars are to be parked in
the visitor’s
car park at the front of the Park.
RUBBISH: Household rubbish to be bagged and deposited
in green sulu bins. Recyclable rubbish to be deposited at Recycle Stations
around the park.
INSURANCE: Insurance cover with $10 million public liability
cover must be current and sighted by office every 12 months.
COUNCIL REGULATIONS: Permission must be obtained from
management for the erection of structures such as aluminium annexes
concrete slabs and any other site works eg Gardens, landscaping, sheds,
lattice etc. The Management must approve all garden sheds.
SELLING OF CARAVANS: Permission must be obtained from
management if a van is to be sold on-site. Vans must be listed at the
office and sales must also go through management. Management must approve
the transfer of the caravan site to another occupier and must meet the
prospective purchaser to ascertain their suitability. Any outstanding
fees or accounts are to be paid to the park in full, prior to transfer.
A transfer fee of $300.00 plus GST covering administrative costs and
advertising, is payable by the vendor on the date of transfer.
AGREEMENT: You will be asked to sign a Holiday Parks
(Long-term Casual Occupation) agreement, which will include agreeing
to abide by Park Rules. The cost of this is $25.
FACILITIES: Solar heated pool & toddlers pool, tennis court $10
deposit on key refundable upon return,
Playground equipment, 2 undercover BBQ areas $1.00 for
20 mins, bird aviary and ducks for the kids to feed.
Hot water showers .20c lasts approx 7 mins hot water,
$2- $3 washing machines & $1
for clothes dryer (20min).
NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE PARK - THIS INCLUDES VISITORS
DOGS.
